Is it possible to get a tow hitch fitted to my Copen, and one that can easily be removed out of sight when not in use? We take our Copen on a trailer behind our MH and it would be useful from time to time for the car to be able to tow the trailer (empty) to a nearby storage place.
I looked into this a couple of years ago and found that there is no towbar made for the copen for use in the UK. I also read that because there isn't a towbar made for the car you can't just fit any other towbar made for another car. Something about type approval was the reason. I'm pretty sure I read all this on here so it might not be true. Edit: just checked and there isn't a towbar made for the copen.
