So my lovely little silver, red leather (heated) seat copen is for sale. She is a 53 reg. OE53LZD, approx 105,000 miles but thanks to the new turbo and japanese engines she'll go forever (if you oil change her!!). £2195 ono. EVerything works, she has never missed a beat. Oil changed every 3k and filter every 6k by me, and my Dad. Kept garaged. No rust. New battery, new exhaust, AND NEW TURBO LESS THAN 20K AGO. It cost me 1100 pounds, and it failed the day I bought her, I coulda cried. The previous owner had her years, and had a BMW Z4 so never took the poor copen out. She did about 600 miles in her, but never serviced her, so as soon as I drove her down the motorway (unknowing of the poor treatment of poor tweety bird (so called thanks to the cute tweet/whistle of the turbo)) from York where this lady lived to North Wales she was smoking. So 4 weeks later, new oil, new filter, new battery and full service and brand new turbo later, she was running a dream and still is. After this, we oil changed her at 500miles, then 1500 miles, then 2500 miles, then 3000 miles (plus filter) before carrying on with oil changes at 3k and oil and filter at 6k miles. She was last oil and filter changed 150 miles ago, so you're good for a fair while now! She has also had brand new pads and discs fitted by me and my Dad again, about last year. Lovely momo wheel, and modern radio. Air con, heating, working roof, heated red leather seats. Handbrake adjusted by my Dad so its lovely and sharp. Mot til Jan 2020, but for a lovely copen world buyer will put 12 months on her if paying asking price.
