Hi guys was wondering what little modifications you guys have made to your little copens? I have a red 660 with black cloth interior needs a bit of clean but I've also removed the plastic surround for the stereo etc to repaint and im repainting the grill as it was a little faded will post some pics when it's done. But I'm looking for some other ideas that are reasonabley simple to do.

chrome trim to air vents. Replace door speakers with 3-cone speakers and add active sub. Chrome seatbelt guides. Wheels refurbed with fade to black between spokes.

I've added remote tyre pressure sensors to all 4 wheels. The receiver plugs into the lighter socket and looks like part of the dash. I've replaced the original radio with a 2-DIN radio/multimedia player/bluetooth/GPS/GSM unit and it is an enormous improvement. I've left the original speakers alone, as they sound far better than they did with the original radio. I've put sheepskin seat covers on the original cloth seats, which were becoming a little threadbare in a few places. Looks much better, and more comfortable, too.

One very minor improvement is to replace the transparent interior light casing with one that's on sale on eBay for £15 or do. It's quite a lot for a bit of plastic, but it does improve the light levels noticeably.

I added an LED bulb as well to improve the light. I also have lights in my foot wells - just LED strips from eBay.

Thanks Clare. Now I have to smuggle some more stuff past the missus !

Which LED mood lights did you go for ? I ordered some red flexis but they won't stick to the underside of the passenger side of the console due to the ridges in the moulding.

I can't praise this product enough. I installed a very bright LED bulb with the old flat grey cover and the result was improved, but still substandard lighting. With the new clear beveled cover, the Copen was like daylight inside. Totally worth the price!
