I have just bought my first Copen, Silver, Red Leather 2006 model, something is missing though, or was this an optional extra ? the part i am missing is the opening cover, which, as i,m sure you will all know, lives in the boot area, any ideas, if not standard, where can i obtain one ? regards Robert..

The part your talking about is called the Tonneau cover. It was an optional extra, but came as standard on the Special editions.
They come up for sale on eBay every now & then.
Or you could buy new from a Daihatsu dealer.

Hey mate, you dont really need it - ive had mine since 2004 -
have never used it once - never even removed it - it is more cosmetic.
When your driving with the top down and it rains suddenly, you dont want to have to stop and unclip the whole thing - i doesnt effect the car in any other way. its just easier to drop the top and go, without all the fussing.
